Yomi has quite a few costumes on the video this is due to the video also being performance and not just a narrative.

Detailed Shotlist of Specific Scenes
1. First shot is an establishing shot in deansgate tunnel, where yomi walks through after being fired from his job, his emotions are very sad and angry. we choses this location because it had the tram in the background and not alott of people were around.
2. Another shot is where yomi is runing thorugh the woods and comes across arrows painted on the floor, we filmed this scene as the arrows acted as a direction for him to run, as he is looking for his brother in the woods.
3. We filmed Yomi running alott thorugh woods in clayton, we chose this area as the woods were very good for out type of video, we had yomi running because he was being followed by a hooded figure, yomi's facial expression seen him acting scared and panicking.
4. We filmed a scene where we see the hooded figure (mark), we filed this part with mark hiding in the woods and yomi running through we filmed his as its signs of yomi being dillusional as he sees the figure looks back and its gone, this created the effect that the woods are haunted?
5. We did a shot in a classroom, to make it look like a job meeting between yomi the employee and clive the employer, where during this clip yomi gets fired for falling asleep which is the heart of the story as yomi falls asleep and dreams about his borther going missing and himself being followed by a hooded figure.
6. We filmed yomi looking in the river and seeing a relection of himself and his brother (antonio) and then after he looks away and back again his brothers reflection has gone, we thought his was a good idea because it shown the connection between the brothers(yomi and antonio).
7. We filmed yomi eventually finding his brother (antonio), dead against the trees in the woods, we thought this would be good because it would confuse yomi into thinking his brother was asleep or dead, this location was rather enclosed and not very spacious thats why we chose that location in the woods.
8. Also after yomi shakes his brother to wake him up, the hooded figure(mark), grabs yomi on the shoulder and yomi turns around looking very scared, as he see's the figure standing over him, we thought this was good as it shown all 3 characters in the scene.
9. We filmed again in deansgate tunnel, this time of yomi walking through the tunnel and the hooded figure walking towards him, and they both bump into one another and look back at eahcother we took this shot as it makes the dream more realistic as when he walks to work he seen the figure.

We was interested collectively as a group about this doing a video to this because the success of the original video.
The video is about the life of a obsessed fan of rap/hip hop superstar eminem Stan. He lives a life of darkness and obsession which seems strange because he has a girlfriend as well as a child in the video which hasn't been born yet and a little brother. His life is dark and hopeless we got this expression by the mise-en scene camerawork editing costumes.
Mise-en scene the lighting is the biggest factor its usually dark to respents the mood of how Stan is feeling due to him being ignored by Eminem the locations that are used fit perfectly because it's a streotype of a obsessive fan due to the basement covered in Eminem pictures. Also the locations are dark dirty to show how everything around him is being ignored due to his obsession of Eminem. His girlfriend also helps to make the video more believe because she's always seems to be letdown by Stan.
Camerawork most of the shots in the video are Close ups shots because this is to show the expressions of the characters and how other characters react.
Editing the editing is kept simple it mainly has continuity editing to keep you interested in the music video.
Costumes the clothing of the characters is kept simple to relate to everyday people.
Overall this video is successful due to its simplicity also its lyrics by how they fit in with the video additionally what we like about the video in particular is how the theme of obsession because people are really into celebrities in these modern era of life. It's a popular video because people can relate to it.
